Od vas Open Food Facts prikuplja samo podatke strogo potrebne za rad svojih različitih usluga.

Što se tiče korisničkog imena (koje može biti pseudonim) i adrese e-pošte, suradnici su dužni navesti ih prilikom registracije i/ili povezivanja svojih računa putem mobilnih aplikacija i web-stranice. Stoga će vam odbijanje pružanja ovih podataka omogućiti korištenje usluga Open Food Factsa samo kao posjetitelju.

Vaši osobni podaci obrađeni za jednu od usluga Open Food Facts automatski se prenose za korištenje u drugim uslugama (mobilne aplikacije, web-stranice Open Food Facts, Wiki, Forum, Hunger Games itd.). 4. Javne i privatne informacije:

Korisničko ime i korisnički ID mogu biti vidljivi drugim korisnicima naših usluga, za razliku od e-pošte koja je povjerljiva. Zemlja u kojoj je suradnik dodao i/ili izmijenio proizvod također je vidljiva i može se povezati s korisničkim imenom.

Baza podataka je u cijelosti objavljena pod licencom otvorenih podataka, što je jedan od glavnih ciljeva projekta. Sadrži samo identifikator korisnika te proizvode koje je dodao i izmijenio, a koji se mogu nalaziti u nekoj zemlji.

Prilikom brisanja korisničkog računa, korisnički ID se zamjenjuje nasumičnim, ali jedinstvenim korisničkim imenom za tog korisnika. Svi ostali osobni podaci se brišu.

• Authentication by SSH key, access to servers limited to a small trusted group, limitation of the attack surface, use of firewalls, etc.

To exercise one or more of your rights , you can contact us by email: privacy@openfoodfacts.org. In order to avoid identity theft, Open Food Facts will authenticate and control your email address using its internal technical processes.

In certain circumstances, particularly in the event of a judicial and/or administrative investigation, Open Food Facts may transmit your personal data to authorized public authorities.
